Our Mission

To modernize Red Seal exam preparation by delivering mobile-first, accessible study tools built for the reality of the Canadian job site. We help apprentices turn downtime into study time, increasing Red Seal completion rates across the skilled trades.

The Reality of the Trade

The trades don't happen at a desk. Whether you are wrenching on heavy machinery, working in a transit yard, or taking a quick 15-minute coffee break on-site, dragging around a 500-page paper codebook just isn't practical. Today's apprentices are digital natives, but the study materials haven't kept up. We built TradeSeal to fix that.

Bridging the Gap, Not Replacing the Classroom

TradeSeal is designed to be the ultimate companion to Canada's world-class apprenticeship training system. We don't replace the hands-on instruction provided by local training halls or the foundational curriculum taught at institutions like Mohawk or Sheridan College. Instead, we act as a supplementary digital bridge.

We take the official Red Seal Occupational Standards (RSOS) and transform them into bite-sized, interactive prep modules that support what apprentices are already learning in school.

We believe financial barriers shouldn't stop a dedicated apprentice from earning their ticket. Through our Community Partnership Program, we team up with industry-leading unions, local training halls, government initiatives, and forward-thinking employers to sponsor access for apprentices across Canada.
